PAX CONSULTING

Most of our work is developed in response to a Request for Proposals and the scope derives directly from that request.  In addition to that traditional way of contracting for work, Pax Consulting has developed some packages that can either be a fixed fee or a small negotiated fee that is low enough to allow for immediate action when needed to get work started.  More extensive or ongoing work can then be contracted for under traditional processes by bids or proposals.  We have added two key packages designed to facilitate fast and strategic responses to the current Covid 19 pandemic.  The packages we have ready to go are listed below.  For other services we are happy to develop custom scopes of work based on clients needs.
